Aspen Grove Wellness is currently seeking therapists who are self-motivated, client-centered, collaborative in nature, and, most importantly, kind. Highly desired candidates would be individuals who are skilled in providing individual, couples, or family therapy. We strive to recruit individuals who are inclusive and affirming of all people as well as those with specific expertise and/or members of traditionally underrepresented communities. Preferred candidates would also have experience implementing evidence-based interventions with a diverse range of clients.

BASE SALARY

$70,000–$95,000 annually (based on experience, licensure level, and clinical expertise)

A W-2 position with reliable, biweekly paychecks — no need to juggle inconsistent income or tax complexities

Guaranteed, predictable compensation that allows you to focus on providing excellent care, not on chasing reimbursements or worrying about cancellations

Steady caseload expectations (27 client hours per week) designed to be both financially competitive and clinically sustainable

Clinical productivity incentive: Earn up to $65 for each session above your base of 27 client hours per week — paid out quarterly to reward your dedication and effort

Freedom from billing, claims, and collections — our administrative team handles the insurance process so you can keep your energy where it matters most: your clients

Requirements

Valid license to provide clinical therapy issued by a state board (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, PsyD, or similar credentials)

Clinical supervision hours for Psychologists, LMSWs, and LGPCs can be provided
