Jessica Elhatw, LMHP-S

RESIDENT IN PROFESSIONAL COUNSELING

Jessica Elhatw (pronounced: L-hot-two) is a Resident in Counseling, who earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She has gained unique knowledge and experience working within public school, community mental health, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and private practice settings. Jessica has developed a strong identity as an Integrative Therapist, which allows her to employ a diverse range of approaches and interventions tailored to each client and where they are in their therapeutic journey. Her personal and professional experiences have reinforced Jessica’s dedication to helping her clients develop skills and strategies that promote healing, growth, resilience, and autonomy.

symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and relationship challenges. She recognizes that each client’s experience is distinctive and deeply personal and attends to her clients holistically, bringing humor, authenticity, empathy, honesty, and acceptance into every session.

Jessica has spent the last five years living abroad and exploring the world with her spouse and gaining invaluable experiences learning about and assimilating into other cultures. In her free time, she loves traveling and having new adventures independently, with friends, or with her spouse, grown “kids,” and her fur babies, Tinkerbell and Sasha!
