Jessica Schultz, PhD

LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Jess Schultz is a licensed clinical psychologist who completed her graduate education at The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Throughout her graduate education, Jess prioritized pursuing a variety of training experiences across outpatient, inpatient, and residential treatment settings. She has previously conducted clinical work in hospitals, VA medical centers, and university counseling centers and specializes in the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, vocational concerns, and general adjustment. Jess considers herself an integrative therapist with a strong connection to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and related therapies including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

BIO

Jess values building an authentic clinical relationship with her clients that centers transparency and emphasizes collaborative solutions that meet her clients’ unique needs. Through this relationship, Jess strives to fostering a safe and judgement-free environment that promotes curiosity toward presenting concerns and motivation to move forward with the healing process.

When she’s not completing clinical work, Jess enjoys spending time with her partner, traveling to see family and friends in her hometown near St. Louis, MO, working on cross-stitching projects, watching video essays, and playing with her two cats, Chell and Jinora, and her dog, Appa.
