Martina Samuel, LMSW
LICENSED MASTER SOCIAL WORKER
Martina is a Licensed Master Social Worker who provides a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for healing and growth. She has worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrants navigating complex emotional and relational challenges.
Martina specializes in helping adults heal from relationship abuse, narcissistic abuse, attachment trauma, and other painful or overwhelming life experiences. Her work is grounded in compassion, deep listening, and respect for each person’s resilience and story.

Taking a holistic, trauma-informed approach, Martina integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Attachment-Based EMDR, and somatic practices. She tailors therapy to meet each client where they are, supporting them in reconnecting with their bodies, building secure

internal relationships, and moving toward healing at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Clients often describe Martina’s presence as warm, grounding, and gently empowering. Her goal is to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel truly seen, supported, and strengthened on their path toward greater self-understanding and emotional well-being.

When she’s not working, Martina enjoys spending quality time with her husband and energetic two-year-old. She loves taking mindful walks, being in nature, and cooking nourishing meals for her family.
