Tiffany Ibrahim, LCSW-C

Tiffany is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical in Maryland who is deeply committed to helping adults navigate life’s complexities with compassion and clarity. Her journey into clinical social work stems from a lifelong desire to create safe, healing spaces for people to feel seen, heard, and empowered. Tiffany earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore.

With a passion for supporting adults through life’s transitions, Tiffany focuses on perinatal mental health, infertility, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and fostering self-compassion. She believes therapy is a collaborative process and uses evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to meet clients where they are and guide them toward their goals. Her work is centered on empowering clients to rewrite their stories, overcome obstacles, and build lives that align with their values.

Outside of her practice, Tiffany recharges by working out at OrangeTheory, spending quality time with her family and friends, and diving into a good book. She’s passionate about finding balance in life, whether that’s through exploring the outdoors or simply enjoying meaningful moments with loved ones.
